I had a broken tooth and they made an appointment for me the same day. Plus, Dr. Copeland was willing to reshuffle his day in order to extract the tooth 4 days later. Turns out he was willing to work through his lunch break to start an implant. They are very accomodating and, if you have an emergency, very willing to shift things around in order to do the work you need.
