While Dr. Ken is a very good dentist and I would rate my experience with him as excellent, I was a bit put off by the dental assistant. Dressed in a T-shirt and jeans with wet hair, she appeared unprofessional and did not inspire confidence in her abilities. (Actually, she looked like she should be working in a tattoo parlor rather than a dentist’s office.)

I understand casual Fridays and the desire to promote causes, but why tight jeans and a T-shirt when the usual attire is scrubs?

I also think she must have been new or needed more training.
